The following policies were ratified at the meeting:
-Geography Plan
- Attendance Policy
- Illness Policy
- Admissions Policy
All of the policies above are available to view from the school office. The illness policy and attendance policy will be sent by email to all parents next week.
- The Board would like to thank Coolcappa Lights Up for their generous donation of €3450 to our school following their successful tractor run fundraiser.
- The Board also wish to thank the Carrickerry Wren Boys for their recent donation of €500 to our school.
- The Department of Education published the new Bí Cineálta procedures. Our school is working towards developing our Bí Cineata policy. We hope to engage all members of our school community in the process. The Board of Management have agreed a half day closure as per Department Guidelines on Friday May 2nd for staff to begin the process.
