Today is Mindful Monday. The first day of our well-being week in Coolcappa NS.
Today the children engaged in Guided Meditation. It was very relaxing 😴😴
They also did some fantastic mindful colouring while listening to music 🎵
At home, they went on walks with family members! What a great Monday 😊
