Today the children brought their yoga mat to school to do some amazing stretches like downward dog, the cobra, child’s pose and mountain pose to name a few!
On Kahoot we did a quiz based on wellbeing and emoji emotions 😊😋🤪
For homework the children had to do something to relax & unwind 🧘 well done everyone! 😄
